This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and returns for the OnlyGrans photo printing service. We only charge users when they have at least 3 photos ready to be printed and sent.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
- Missing shipments
- Damaged photos
- Significant quality issues with printed photos
3. Quality Issues
If you receive photos with quality issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the quality issues
- We will review and either replace the photos or provide a refund
4. Shipping Issues
If your photos are lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
- We will investigate with the shipping provider
- If confirmed lost or damaged, we will reprint and reship at no cost
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team
- Provide your order details and reason for refund
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
